We can meet with you by videoconference to conduct initial consults and identification checks. All materials and documents can be submitted to us by email or courier drop-off. If you would like to schedule a call or videoconference with one of our lawyers please email us directly.

Existing Clients – Meetings and Documents signing

We continue to conduct business with our existing clients by phone, email and webcam. Any document signing can be done from the comfort of your own home and document collection arranged by either mail, courier or personal attendance depending on your specific matter. Any documents which require witness signature will be done via webcam with one of our lawyers.

In-person meetings

To ensure the safety of our staff and the containment of COVID-19 we are suspending all in-person meetings until further notice. We are available to meet with you by videoconference and teleconference during normal business hours.

Office Operations

Our office will operate on a skeleton staff to ensure all faxes, communications and telephone are answered during normal office hours. We will not be permitting new walk ins and appointments until further notice. If you wish to schedule a telephone or videoconference with one of our lawyers, please email us directly.   

Updated office hours

Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All calls and emails made after business hours will be answered on the following business day.
